GP-EXPRESS AIRLINES
Nebraska-based GP-Express began flying in 1986 and quickly established a route network that connected points in Colorado and Nebraska.
Between 1992 and 1994 the airline provided Federally subsidized Essential Air Service (EAS) flights between Atlanta and the following cities: Anniston, Gadsden, Muscle Shoals, and Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Laurel, MS, and Hilton Head Island, SC. With the exception of Atlanta - Hilton Head Island, all of these routes were originally flown by Southern Airways (which became Republic) and had subsequently been taken over and then abandoned by Atlantic Southeast and Southeastern.
