PHOENIX AIRLINES
Phoenix was one of the rare airlines to offer scheduled passenger service to Atlanta's Dekalb - Peachtree Airport. The airline inaugurated an Atlanta PDK - Savannah - St. Simons Island - Jacksonville route with a de Havilland DH-114 Heron in April 1980 but the service only lasted a few months. By late summer 1980 the airline had ceased operations.
