SLOCUM AIRLINES
Between 1981 and 1984, Slocum operated Britten-Norman Islanders, Trislanders and Cessna 402s across Florida, with routes extending to the Bahamas, as well as to Savannah and Atlanta, GA, and Hilton Head Island, SC. Slocum also operated as Air Florida Commuter for a short period.

Slocum certainly maintained one of the most unusual route systems in Florida, especially considering the small size of their aircraft. The flight time on the nonstop Miami - Savannah route in this June 1, 1983 timetable was 2 hours and 20 minutes, quite a haul in an unpressurized commuter aircraft about the size of a station wagon.
